In short

Seijaku doesn’t collect, send or sell any data. It has no account, no servers and no analytics.

What it stores

Your settings: which networks to silence, the hours they open, a temporary opening if you started one, and whether the on-page note shows. They’re saved with Chrome’s local storage on your computer, aren’t synced and never leave it.

What it looks at

The address of the tab, to know if you’re on X, YouTube, Instagram or Reddit and which part of the site you’re on. It doesn’t read your posts, messages, history or account.

Network

The extension makes no requests of its own. No ads, no third-party code, no remote code. The font comes inside the extension.

Permissions

“storage” saves your settings. “alarms” applies the schedule on time. “activeTab” lets the popup know which network the current tab is. Its scripts run only on x.com, twitter.com, youtube.com, instagram.com and reddit.com.

Export and import

If you export your settings, the file goes where you choose. Seijaku only reads a file when you import it.

This website

getseijaku.com has no cookies and no analytics. Like any server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, date, page) for security, and uses them for nothing else.

Changes

If any of this changes, this page will say so, with a new date.
